Facebook introduced new and exiting profile page for it user's. This profile is designed to do more focus on your profile pic and your basic information that you have provided.

Visit http://www.facebook.com/about/profile/.
Login with your Facebook information.
On then ext landing page, you will see a button on the top right corner that says “Get the New Profile”. Click on that to get the new Profile Page.
